B&T Chiad Fhion Haskap

Vintage 2020 Haskap wine is semi-sweet and packed full of fruity Haskap goodness. It starts with a distinct Raspberry note, then earthy Black Currant presents mid-palate and it finishes with a smattering of Cherry aromas and flavours. There is a nuance of oak tannin and wafts of berry aroma on the nose. Chiad Fhion 2020 Haskap is made of pure estate Tundra fruit with no concentrates or other additions. Because of the intricate flavours of the Tundra variety, Chiad Fhion 2020 will improve with age, already aged 18 months in tank. A further 2-4 years in bottle will enhance the complexity and depth, releasing the intricacy of the Tundra Haskap fruit.
